4. Partial Refunds

  • Products show signs of minor wear and tear not caused during delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

6. Return Shipping

  • In cases where Zimartt is at fault (wrong, damaged, or defective items), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong size/color selection, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

7. Marketplace Vendors

For items sold by third-party vendors on Zimartt, refunds are subject to the vendor’s individual return/refund policy. However, Zimartt will step in to ensure fair resolution in disputes.
