Zimartt Technologies Limited, registered in Nigeria and trading as Zimartt Online Shopping, provides this Platform as a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace where customers can discover, purchase, and sell products and services globally.
By accessing, browsing, or using Zimartt, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Eligibility

Zimartt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
3. Vendor Registration & Responsibilities

Vendors must register, provide valid business documents, and be approved before listing products.

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings.

All products must comply with Zimartt’s Prohibited Items Policy (e.g., no counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods).

Vendors must ensure timely fulfillment, shipping, and after-sales support.
4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

Prices displayed on the Platform are determined by vendors, subject to Zimartt’s oversight.

Payments are processed securely through Zimartt’s integrated payment gateways.

Zimartt may hold payments temporarily to protect buyers against fraud or disputes.

Zimartt is not liable for typographical pricing errors by vendors but will work to resolve disputes fairly.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Vendors are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Customers may request returns or refunds in line with Zimartt’s Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method.

Disputes between vendors and customers may be mediated by Zimartt, whose decision shall be final.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on Zimartt (logos, designs, software, images, etc.) is the property of Zimartt Technologies Limited and protected by law.

Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Zimartt a license to display them.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of Zimartt’s intellectual property is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:

Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or sale of counterfeit goods.

Violate applicable laws, including import/export restrictions.

Circumvent Zimartt’s payment systems.

Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
9. Limitation of Liability

Zimartt provides the Platform on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Zimartt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Zimartt’s total liability to any user will not exceed the total fees paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zimartt Technologies Limited, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
Zimartt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lagos, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable international laws.
